Job description:

  • Assist in administrative, logistical and operational job functions to support the effective and efficient operations

  • Providing support to registry operations by providing good customer service to the public at front service counter

  • Handling calls and enquires, management of data records, a compilation of statistics, drafting of correspondences, verification and processing of forms and printing of letters

  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects and events

Job requirement:

  • Min Diploma/Degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Able to speak and write well 

  • Able to multi-task / switch between tasks 

  • Meticulous and pay attention to detail, especially important for softcopy document checks
