Job Scopes:
- Attend to incoming inquiries from designated channels (email, live chat etc)
- Follow up/resolve enquiries according to specified guidelines/processes
- Able to work under pressure and continuously review and fine-tune the call service quality
- Prioritize business, deliver project, escalation and personal KPIs; at all times
- Perform ad-hoc/operational tasks as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans
- Min Diploma holder and above
- Able to empathise with caller and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Pro-active and task-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
