Management Support Officer (Service Excellence Unit)

Job Scopes:

  • Attend to incoming inquiries from designated channels (email, live chat etc)

  • Follow up/resolve enquiries according to specified guidelines/processes

  • Able to work under pressure and continuously review and fine-tune the call service quality

  • Prioritize business, deliver project, escalation and personal KPIs; at all times

  • Perform ad-hoc/operational tasks as and when required



Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans

  • Min Diploma holder and above

  • Able to empathise with caller and provide prompt and accurate responses

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently

  • Pro-active and task-oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
