Job description:

  • Assist to call up customers, handle customer enquiries (written and verbal), and other operational duties
  • Arrange and schedule appointments, including video-link meetings  
  • Handle walk-in enquiries from members of public at the front counter
  • Organise schedules and other administrative work

Job requirement:

  • Min Diploma
  • Experience in customer care and administrative work
  • Basic computer competencies, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and other simple programmes
  • Familiar with the basic use of video-conferencing tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English
