- Provide secretarial support for internal and external meetings with partners/stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for creation and configuration of accounts.
- Assist in conducting monthly access review of accounts in CRM system.
- Attend to FAQs for users on the use of CRM system and applications
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
- Conduct research on new technology as requested.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in any discipline
- Interest in technology with positive learning attitude.
- Able to use MS Suite tools like Excel and PowerPoint efficiently & effectively
- Have his/her own computer/design software e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Good writing and communication skills
- Submit a 1-page written test and a sample of design portfolio showcasing EDM, Infographics and/or video works.
