Management Support Officer (Human Resource Division)

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, You will be supporting the team in areas such as:

  1. Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members
  2. Providing logistics and administrative support for interviews
  3. Administrating written tests and verifying of documents
  4. General office administration such as photocopying, scanning, filing, maintaining of files and documentation
  5. Partake in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum diploma in a relevant field of studies
  • Comfortable to OT during peak periods.
  • Prior experience in bulk hiring process or hiring of casuals for big-scale events
