As part of the Talent Acquisition team, You will be supporting the team in areas such as:
- Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members
- Providing logistics and administrative support for interviews
- Administrating written tests and verifying of documents
- General office administration such as photocopying, scanning, filing, maintaining of files and documentation
- Partake in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum diploma in a relevant field of studies
- Comfortable to OT during peak periods.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring process or hiring of casuals for big-scale events
