Job description:

  • Support the Learning & Development team in monitoring and driving attendance for mandatory courses and key development initiatives
  • Maintain database for regular reporting to management
  • Handle simple queries from officers on the usage of e-learning platform and self-service platform for development
  • Opportunities to be involved in data analysis and reporting required for the team
  • Support the team in any logistics and administrative work required when events or workshops are conducted

Job requirements:

  • A’ level or Diploma holder
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge and skills in other MS Office applications and design tools is an advantage
