Job Description

  • Contact centre administrative matters
    • Review and fine-tune call and email service quality of the contact centre to improve on service delivery
    • Liaising with respective divisions on service recovery callbacks made by the contact centre
    • Maintaining training materials
  • Generation of monthly reports
    • Organisation's Hotlines
    • Organisation's Virtual Assistant
    • Organisation's Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Triaging of public enquiries through emails and calls when required
  • Ability to support and work with the operation teams to deliver project and personal KPIs
  • Assist and support Managers in fulfilling adhoc/operational tasks as and when required
  • Able to work with management to prioritize business and escalation needs

Job Requirements

  • Singaporean only
  • Min. Diploma with admin experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and one of the 3 main local languages (Mandarin, Malay and Tamil)
  • Customer-oriented, good customer service/soft skills is essential
  • Able to empathise with members-of-public and provide prompt and accurate responses
