Job description:

  • Verification of data submitted by programmes
  • Data mining on appeals, deviations;
  • Management of incidents, feedback and complaints;
  • Processing of GOH invites;
  • Providing support in various programme operations (e.g. analysis of data, inspections and on-site assurances, meeting coordination and logistics, administrative support);
  • Supporting the team in conducting Open Selection Process (OSP) to select service providers for our programmes;
  • Providing support in on-site inspections; and
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Minimum Degree Holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or related field
  • Able to commit at least 2 months.
