Management Executive Officer (Professional Development)

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Drafting and compiling notes of internal project meetings and updates
  • Contributing to the preparation work for new/existing project topics - literature review, online research and summary of findings
  • Preparing slides and information to articulate project concepts and implementation updates
  • Reviewing existing continuing course provisions and systems
  • Collecting data via surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and analysing data for reviews
  • Providing coordination and administrative support for meetings, interviews, focus group discussions, etc.
  • Collating returns, proposals, deliverables etc. and assisting with administrative procedures of programmes and initiatives
  • Drafting of implementation workflows/SOP for programmes and initiatives

Job requirement:

  • At least a degree qualification 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, powerpoint and word will be preferred
  • Good level of organization and interpersonal skills 
  • Some knowledge of research work
  • Some knowledge of systems, computer works, office equipment and other administrative/clerical procedures 
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, as well as following through issues in a very timely manner
