Job Description
- Assist in administrative, logistical and operational job functions to support the effective and efficient operations
- Providing support to registry operations by providing good customer service to the public at the front service counter
- Handling calls and enquires, management of data records, a compilation of statistics, drafting of correspondences, verification, and processing of forms and printing of letters
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects and events
Job Requirements
- Singaporean only
- Min. Diploma with admin experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Prefers EX-CIVIL servants/retirees, must be from the government sector and retired from the government sector
- Able to work with softcopy documents on the laptop for the entire working duration
- Able to multi-task / switch between tasks
- Meticulous and pay attention to detail, especially important for softcopy document checks
