Job description:
- Assist in the collation of reports and preparation of case lists for review by the Committee on Fostering
- Assist in the management of volunteers, including assessing volunteers, coordinating training sessions, matching of volunteers to clients and maintaining records
- Assist in the administration and logistics of fostering service initiatives for foster children and foster parents
- Assist in the production of fostering newsletter, monitor records and/or funds for current projects and provide reports when required
- Assist in administrative duties required of the team, including writing minutes, preparing slides, and coordination of schedules with internal and external parties and any other ad-hoc duties
Job requirement:
- Degree in Social work, psychology, sociology or other social sciences are preferred.
- Good planning, organizing, administrative and liaison skills
- Is meticulous and has an eye for detail
- Able to render administrative support such as coordinating meeting schedules, collation of reports etc
- Able to update and maintain volunteer database
