♦ Contract Duration: 6 months (convert to perm after 6 months)

♦ Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

♦ Nearest MRT: Chinatown MRT Station

Job description:

1. Manage the maintenance contract with our workshop (includes check on the KPIs, servicing schedules in iLMS, etc)

2. Engag3 our workshop for Vehicle Repairs (includes check on the scope of work).

3. Manage vehicles such as registration/disposal of vehicles, washing and grooming contract for vehicles, traffic offences for vehicles etc.

4. Managing of car park lots (incl. processing pay deductions from payroll)

5. Conduct audit Checks on the following: Shell Cards, Cash Cards & Car park lots subscription.

6. Raising of POs for the following in iLMS.

7. Monitor Payments for Purchase Request.

Job requirement:

  • Singaporeans Only
  • GCE A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start immediately
