Levy Admin Officer

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Case management. Liaising directly with employers on the next steps for their workers following the work pass revocation
  • Work with other client's teams to ensure smooth transfer and repatriation of workers, and that other employment issues are dealt with
  • Manage and respond to general queries on levy related matters through emails and phone calls

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: GCE 'O' Level
  • Basic Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Resilience in the face of any unpleasantness experienced in the course of customer service
  • Perseverance when faced with a possible steep learning curve as levy matters can be complicated
  • Past experience in Customer Service
