Salary: $1,500 per month

Contract term: 6 months

Working hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am – 6.00pm


Job description:

  • Case management. Liaising directly with employers on the next steps for their workers following the work pass revocation
  • Work with other teams to ensure smooth transfer and repatriation of workers, and that other employment issues are dealt with
  • Manage and respond to general queries on levy related matters through emails and phone calls

Job requirement:

  • Min "O" level
  • Singaporeans only
  • Basic Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Prior experienced in customer service functions
