Knowledge Management Officer

Job responsibilities:

  1. Support project tasks related to user interface/experience (UIUX) re-design for company's platform (Sharepoint), including data collection and analysis of requirements thru coordinating of focus group discussions and surveys for data collection; - key starting now till mid-next year
  2. Perform day-to-day tasks related to knowledge/ records management such as Sharepoint permissions and site administration;
  3. Contribute and realize ideas to improve agency-wide initiatives related to knowledge and records management, sharing and re-use;
  4. Review and organize documents for internal projects with given structure;
  5. Review and enhance e-learning packages (SCORM);
  6. Prepare and update reports for the monitoring and evaluation of KM/RM initiatives

Job requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Computer Science/ HRM/ Business Analytics or its equivalent
  • Skills in UI/UX development, project management, information/knowledge management
  • Excellent people relation skills/ communication skills
  • A strong interest in knowledge/information management
