·        Provide assistance to walk in customers with simple directions

·        Min 1-2 years frontline customer service

Job Description:

Greet walk in customers and walk the floor to provide assistance

Assist walk-in customers with simple and direct enquiries/requests (Life Insurance)

Direct all other customers to obtain the relevant queue number for further assistance

Process simple transactions including but not limited to loan requests

Undertake ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by manager when required.

 

Job requirement:

-         Min Diploma holder

-         Min 1-2 years’ customer servicing experience in insurance or banking industry will be a plus

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-         Customer service oriented and detailed person

 

Working Location:

Raffles Place

 

Working Hour:

-         Monday to Friday

-         9 am – 6 pm
