- Perform outbound sales calls to customers to up-sell and cross sell of Insurance Products
- Asking pertinent questions to understand customer’s requirements before offering suggestions
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards
- Work closely with Team Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed target in the relevant products through Telesales calls.
- Min. 1 year of prior Call Centre and/or Telemarketing experience within Financial Industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Will be required to pass industry financial certifications covered by employer
