Perform outbound sales calls to customers to up-sell and cross sell of Insurance Products
Asking pertinent questions to understand customer’s requirements before offering suggestions
Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards
Work closely with Team Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed target in the relevant products through Telesales calls.
Min. 1 year of prior Call Centre and/or Telemarketing experience within Financial Industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Will be required to pass industry financial certifications covered by employer
