HR Support Officer

Job Description:

  1. HR administration

    1. Handle some of the HR processes such as:

      1. Onboarding of new officers and temps

      2. Tracking of casual staff quota/ inflow and outflow of new officers, temps and interns

      3. Handle interviews related logistics.

    2. Assist with the planning and execution of staff engagement activities

    3. Workstation allocation, update office seating plan

    4. Maintain birthday listings

    5. Staff welfare-related logistics (e.g. sending of gift and get-well hampers/wreaths etc.)

  2. Others

    1. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the team

Job Requirement:

  • Good written and communication skills

  • Able to work in a team and with multiple stakeholders

  • Creative, pro-active and task-oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  •  Knowledge of Canva/ Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be a bonus
