Job scope:


Service Delivery

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process of Management & Support candidates

• Prepare contract for confirmed candidates

• Coordinate and manage the Management and Support employees’ confirmation

• Coordinate and manage the contract renewal process

• Facilitate the exit management process

Service Excellence

• Strive to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) for recruitment, contract management and appraisal & promotion services delivered by the HR Shared Services team, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met (within resource constraints)

• Work with HR Lead (Research and Management & Support) to contribute ideas and feedback in streamlining HR processes on areas of process improvements and standardizations


Relationship Management/Customer Relations

• Cooperate and build positive working relationships with peers to form strong teams

• Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from recruitment, contract management and appraisal & promotion activities

• Build strong working relationships by understanding the working culture and dynamics of each local unit

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or a related discipline with 2 - 4 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of general HR or HR transactional work
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
  • Experience in using WorkDay is an advantage
