Job Scopes:
As a HR Assistant, you will be supporting the team in areas such as:
- Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members
- Providing logistics and administrative support for interviews
- Administrating written tests and verifying of documents
- General office administration such as photocopying, scanning, filling, maintaining of files and documentation
- Involved in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
