HR Admin Executive (Contract)

Location: Central Region

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment for Temporary, Permanent and Contract Staff
  • Co-ordinate interviews (eg. calling & scheduling, visitors’ clearance, room booking, etc) 
  • Administer tests for candidates
  • Attend to simple enquires
  • Posting of job advertisements on internal & external job portals
  • Assist to prepare materials for new hires’ induction briefing
  • Maintaining & updating databases and records
  • Filing and shredding of documents
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirement:

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good initiative & resourceful
  • Meticulous and thorough
  • Experience in managing events and admin work would be a bonus
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, diligent, meticulous
  • Possess good application/working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, Power-Point
