Job duties

  • Work closely with the HR executives to provide secretarial, administrative & HR support.
  • Perform tracking of faculty appointments & other training related activities
  • Handle the administration for on-boarding & off-boarding of employees.
  • Provide coordination & logistics support for ad-hoc events (e.g. workshop / conference)

Job requirements

  • Minimally a Diploma in any field of study
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel’s Pivot Table, V-lookup function & other basic functions
  • Familiarity in basic Adobe Photoshop to handle poster design for events when required.
