- Located near Outram Park MRT
- Minimally 2 years’ experience in administrative / coordination work
- Required proficiency in Excel (V-lookup / Pivot Tables)
- Work closely with the HR executives to provide secretarial, administrative & HR support.
- Perform tracking of faculty appointments & other training related activities
- Handle the administration for on-boarding & off-boarding of employees.
- Provide coordination & logistics support for ad-hoc events (e.g. workshop / conference)
- Minimally a Diploma in any field of study
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel’s Pivot Table, V-lookup function & other basic functions
- Familiarity in basic Adobe Photoshop to handle poster design for events when required.
