Salary: Up to $2,500 per month
Contract term: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm

Job description:
- Perform grant administration activities such as budgeting, analysis, seeking approvals, monitoring, utilization, reporting, handling grant disbursement and other administrative matters
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholder (e.g. public transport operators, institutes of higher learning (IHLs) and training providers) thru dedicated committees/meetings to track and monitor RMDP implementation progress, identify and highlight outstanding issues
- Procure and administer professional services if needed (e.g. audit)
- Review effectiveness of RMDP, identify gaps and recommend mitigating measures to achieve desired outcomes; and
- Any other work-related duties as assigned
Job requirement:
- Diploma or Degree with relevant experience in administration of grants
- Possess good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Familiarity with government funding schemes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
