·      Comfortable with paperwork and mundane tasks (e.g., checking databases and verification of information across different documents.)

 

Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

 


Job Scopes:


·      Timesheet management (including of checking, verification, work with trainees on resubmission, collation info for approval)

·      Agreements and documents (e.g., trainees and HO LOAs, trainees’ achievement report, HO testimonials – preparing, collation)

·      Data management (e.g., data entry and cleaning)

·      Events planning mgmt. (optional – add on only if temp has interest and competency in this area)



Job Requirements:


·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma; Degree and above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with excel spreadsheet/ data entry

·      Organised and meticulous

·      Good communication skills (polite and professional over phone calls and emails)
