Working Hours:

8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)

8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

 

Job Scopes:


To support the Corporate Human Resource Division in following areas:

·      Pre-event planning (i.e., Programme planning, liaison with relevant parties, manage and coordinate RSVPs of event guests etc);

·      Coordinate event logistics (i.e., venue, prizes, and other administrative / logistics work); and

·      Actual event day support (i.e., registration / ushering / catering / venue set-up and tear-down)

·      Collation of awards nomination

·      Procurement of award prizes; and administration /dissemination of award prizes


Job Requirements:


·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. GCE A; Diploma; Degree; Degree with Honors

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and usage of virtual meeting platforms

·      Meticulous and proactive with keen sense of timeline

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills
