[GOVT] Temporary Staff (Admin) - Woodlands- KH

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries in call centre.
  • Attend to email enquiries on services offered . 
  • Attend to services over the counter (e.g. delivery, courier and lost and found items, incoming/ outgoing physical mails, processing forms etc.).  

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/GCE 'A' Level
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Able to multi-task and handle diverse job scopes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel
  • Meticulous and detailed in work
  • Able to work independently and as a team
