- Supervise & manage a team of interviewers who will be handling both inbound & outbound calls related to survey data collection
- Handle service escalation from staff & ensure proper follow-ups & case closures
- Conducting of verification checks on data collected by staff
- Assist in the OJT for new join staff when required
- No minimum required qualifications
- Minimally 1 year supervisory experience
- Singaporeans only.
