Job Description

  • Procurement of corporate items and services for the company
  • Facilitating requests for ICT equipment and services
  • Helping with the preparation for the HQ’s move from its current location to its new premises
  • Helping with Fixed Assets Management, including checks and tagging
  • Facilitating requests for the security clearance of vendors
  • Assisting with the management of contracts established by Corporate
  • Manage meeting schedules of Functional Leads 
  • Book meeting rooms and do clearance for visitors’ entry
  • Provide Admin and Logistics support for events such as tea sessions, townhalls and welfare events
  • Management of stationery supplies
  • Liaising with vendor for equipment faults
  • Any other administrative task assigned by supervisor

Job requirement:

  • Minimal Diploma qualifications
  • 1 year working experience in admin
  • Prior working experience as in event planning, procurement or IT will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with IT and AV equipment will be a plus
