· 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
You will be providing administrative and logistical support to the team for the company’s events.
· Provide administrative, secretarial, and logistical support for Council Meetings, Sub-committee discussions and year-end Work Plan Retreat.
· Assist in planning of seminars and events.
· Liaise with vendors and handle procurement-related work.
· Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
· A Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma
· Experienced in Event Management and Logistical Support.
· Experienced in graphic design skills for collaterals / eDMs is an advantage.
