Working Hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scope:
• Provide GeBIZ support to Divisions
• Manage the processing of procurement requests in GeBIZ and maintain the procurement database
• Manage application access like Gebiz, NFS etc. for users etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for determining most appropriate procurement approach to ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Degree and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
· Meticulous with attention to details
