Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Perform general HR administrative duties which include, but are not limited to the following:
· Managing physical Pfiles for easy retrieval.
· Maintaining incoming electronic personal documents in a Portable Storage Media.
· Facilitating HR processes such as recruitment, exit, emplacement, etc.
· Arranging interviews.
· Raising Service Requests.
· Preparing letters/contracts (e.g. Letter of Appointment, Letter of Employment, Re-employment Contracts, etc.)
· Updating tracking lists.
· Supporting the HR Business Partners in all other matters.
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Diploma and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
· Meticulous with attention to details
