· Working location: WFH/ Tiong Bahru * based on work arrangement
· 3 + 3 Months Contract
· Min. 2 years of experience in administrative will be an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 6:00pm (8hrs per day, inclusive of 1 hour meal break)
Job Scopes:
· Assist with administrative aspects of the office, including; pulling of information, setting up of meetings, filing of documentation and management of the share drive
· Project management, ensuring tasks are done by the respective stakeholder in a timely manner
· Re-direct inbound queries to respective stakeholders and generate reports
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Manage the inventory of printers and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. GCE ‘N’, ‘O’, ‘A’-levels, Diploma, Degree and above; in any relevant field
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Comfortable with numbers
