Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm


Job Scope:

• Perform the role of Accounts Manager for 3 Professional Boards (Singapore Nursing Board, Singapore Pharmacy Council and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board) and provide support to Senior Manager for 1 Professional Board (Singapore Medical Council).

• Present budget and audited reports to Audit Committees and Councils / Boards

• Prepare year-end closing

• Prepare journals and schedules for external audit

• Manage external and internal audits

• Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly closing and budget utilization

• Provide support to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Assistant Director

Job Requirements:

Only Singaporean

Min. Degree and above

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Meticulous with attention to details
