Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm


Job Scope:

•      Send email invitations to healthcare professionals (including doctors, dentists, Oral Health Therapists, pharmacists, TCM physicians and acupuncturists), VIPs and guests and collate RSVP.

•      Attend to straightforward email enquiries relating to the Pledge ceremonies.

•      Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events.

•      Assist officers to source for vendors for onsite events.

•      Provide administrative and logistics support on event day (virtually and/or onsite).

•      Update pledge attendance in Professional Registration System (PRS) after event, generate pledge certificates and email them to healthcare professionals

•      Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and Degree above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel

·      Meticulous with attention to details
