Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scope:
• Logistics and secretarial support for team’s business development engagements with stakeholders
• Operations support for recruitment, outreach and training efforts, including organizing briefings for prospective volunteers, feedback management, etc.
• Data collection and cleaning for the purpose of volunteer deployment operations, in close partnership with training partners and receiving organization
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Degree and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
· Meticulous with attention to details
