Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm


Job Scopes:

1. Assist CSD manager on areas of administrative work such as processing of despatch requests.

2. Support records management team in the following areas:-

a) Review and recommend appropriate Access Types to records

b) Prepare documents for joint-appraisal with National Archives of Singapore

c) Data entry and prepare forms for disposal of records which had reached their retention period.

d) Liaise with Divisions on Records Inventory List

e) Perform stock-take of Registry items

3. Other admin duties/projects as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and Degree above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel

·      Meticulous with attention to details
