· 12 Months Contract
· Preferably with at least 1 year experience in coordinating office relocation
Working Hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scopes:
· Provide administrative and on-site support
· Escort vendors / contractors for minor work / site surveys
· Help to put up the process for furniture procurement
· Help to arrange for the leasing of equipment and issue of office equipment
· Help with the replacement of faulty office equipment
· Facilitate officer’s shift within office and ensure workplace safety health and cleanliness
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Diploma and Degree above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
· Meticulous with attention to details
