Working Hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scopes:
• Manage the meeting schedules of the Functional Leads (Directors);
• Help the Functional Leads to book meeting room and grant visitors’ access
• to HTX HQ;
• Liaise with vendors for supplies/services required;
• Assist with the procurement of corporate items and services for HTX;
• Manage Corporate’s office equipment and supplies;
• Facilitate requests for IT equipment and services;
• Facilitate requests for loan of office equipment;
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding matters e.g. issue/collect Corporate items, create/terminate MS Teams accounts etc;
• Assist with record-keeping and updating of records;
• Process requests for corporate stationery;
• Help with fixed assets management;
• Assist with the provision of administrative and logistics support;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Diploma and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
· Meticulous with attention to details
