Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm


Job Scope:

• Attend to public enquiries email

• Process applications for registration as Registered Nurses 

• Process re-print of Certificates of Registration (RC) and Practising Certificates (PC) for Nurses

• Perform closure of registration applications after the completion of Competency Assessments.

• Filing - Create new files and file nursing documents, trac files

• Data/Application - Update data/particular of nurses, upload scanned documents to PRS, routing of e-applications to respective officers

• Retrieve, photocopy and scan nursing documents as and when required 

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and Degree above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

·      Meticulous with attention to details
