Working Hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scopes:
· Provide administrative support to facilitate home vaccinations (HV) for persons with disabilities
· Compiling the musters of HV clients, forward appeals/ deviation requests
· Coordinate and disseminate upcoming call tasks to volunteers
· Update statuses and milestones for each HV client
· Central collation of screening/ consent forms; and coordination of HV appointments with teams
· Provide logistical and secretarial support for meetings
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Diploma; Degree in any field
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; and preferably Microsoft CRM
· Keen eye for detail, good active listening skills and empathy
· Strong communication skills and social etiquette
