Working hours:
9.00am – 6.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
9.00am - 6.00pm (Friday)
Job Scope:
1. To provide administrative support for operational work including professional screening,
coordinating inspection schedule and providing guidance to applicants on preparation for
inspection;
2. Schedule team meetings and send out invites;
3. Handle simple technical enquiries;
4. Recordkeeping and filing; and
5. Support secretariat of expert committees.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Strong communication skills, able to speak very well
- Skilled in using MS Office
