Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

 

Job Scope:

  • Provide admin support for the development of the Action Plan, including collation of input, tracking of deadlines, coordinating meetings, logistics and event management support.
  • Support the tender preparation process for launch of Private Retirement Housing;
  • Assist with secretariat duties, analyzing feedback or coordinating administrative tasks to support plans for future public Assisted Living Typology pilots.
  • APO may also involve the temp staff in other on-going tasks within the Division, such as ad-hoc projects like finance management support, as and when required.


Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel

·      Meticulous with attention to details
