Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

 

Job Scope:

1. To provide administrative support for operational work including professional screening, coordinating inspection schedule and providing guidance to applicants on preparation for inspection;

2. Schedule team meetings and send out invites;

3. Handle simple technical enquiries;

4. Recordkeeping and filing; and

5. Support secretariat of expert committees.


Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel

·      Meticulous with attention to details
