·      4 Months Contract

·      Preferably with 0.5 - 1 year experience in administrative

·      Must be physically fit, as candidate may requires to climb up shelves to retrieve items; when necessary

                              

Working Hours:

9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)

9.00am - 5.30pm (Friday)

 

Job Scopes:


·      Create new files, trace and filing of nursing documents

·      Update data/particular of nurses

·      Upload scanned documents and routing of e-applications to respective officers

·      Prepare documents for postage, retrieve, photocopy and scan nursing documents

·      Any other duties as assigned by supervisor



Job Requirements:


·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma holder and above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office

·      Good interpersonal skill
