[GOVT] Contract Administration Assistant - Little India

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as preparation and record keeping of tender documents
  • Processing of payment & bonds
  • Provide support for periodic reviews
  • Updating cashflows and closing of contracts, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC, preferably in electrical / mechanical discipline
  • Those without experience are welcome to apply, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Experience in contracts administration will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
