Job Description:
- Retrieve of hardcopy files from the compactus and remove all staple and binding material of
- the current hardcopy files.
- Sort the hardcopy files in categories (i.e. restricted and confidential) and check the files to ensure there is no secret documents.
- Record details of the hardcopy files in a spreadsheet.
- Pack the hardcopy files in bundle with proper labelling.
- Conduct housekeeping of the work area.
- Assist in any other duties required for the digitisation process.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level & Above
- 1-2 years admin experience in handling physical documents
- Able to work in non-air-conditioning and enclosed area.
- Comfortable with carrying or shifting heavy/bulky files and boxes.
