• 6 Months Contract
• Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
You will be part of a team to provide administrative support to the department.
• Ensure application forms received are completed and correctly filled in by customers.
• Validate information in application forms against travel documents
• Handle email enquiries, including refunding requests.
• Involved in system testing, filing, and documentation of SOPs.
• Open to all, no experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
