Job Scope:

Administrative matters related to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases (1 FTE)


1) Data analysis and incident reporting

- Timely and accurate provision of COVID data for various tracking purposes to enable policy reviews (including reports to CTF, MOM)

- Timely incident reporting, recommendations for workflows for COVID-19 testing and vaccination among public health preparedness clinics (PHPCs)


2) Financial administration

- Timely and accurate administration of subsidies and funding to providers and stakeholders (e.g. verify and ensure timely payment to laboratories providing COVID-19 testing for GPs)

- Provide support on the review of financial schemes related to COVID-19


3) Communications with GPs

- Accurate, succinct and timely communications to PHPCs on COVID-19 and other infectious diseases (e.g. management of cases suspected of Monkeypox)


Administrative support for Healthier SG Implementation (3 FTEs)


1) Administrative matters for Healthier SG Implementation Main Workgroup and four subworkgroups (Care Protocols, IT, Role of PCN and Subsidised Drugs sub-workgroups)

- Provide secretariat support for the main workgroup and four sub-workgroups to facilitate the meetings

- Provide logistical support for both on-site physical and hybrid meetings


2) Communication and engagement efforts

- Provide administrative and logistical support for the communication and engagement efforts for GPs and other healthcare providers (where necessary/relevant)

- Support the focus group discussions with professional bodies, GP leaders and GP community to ensure relevance of Healthier SG implementation

- Curate content and materials for engagements, including coordinating inputs across multiple internal and external stakeholders comprising clinical, policy and operational aspects

(including MOH divisions, clusters, AIC, HPB, GP leaders, healthcare and community providers)

- Post event, draft notes to synthesize the key follow ups, and ensure that these feedback are shared with relevant divisions for follow through


Job Requirements:

·      Min. Degree and above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel

·      Meticulous with attention to details
